The Montgomery County Community Foundation will have a scholarship workshop for incoming high school seniors 5-7 p.m. Aug. 1 at Fusion 54 in Crawfordsville.
Professionals from around the community will be on hand to present a variety of topics that students might find helpful as they begin applying to college and seeking scholarships. These include college admissions, interview skills, writing essays and scholarship opportunities.
Parents and guardians are also invited to attend their own session on FAFSA and the financial aid process. This is a great opportunity for students and their families to hear from local professionals willing to share their expertise.
