Addison Meadows, left, of Southmont is the Distinguished Young Woman of Montgomery County and Olivia Pettit of Crawfordsville is the Distinguished Young Woman of Crawfordsville. Both competed to earn the honors and scholarship monies. They will compete at the state competition at IU Kokomo in February. DYW is the biggest and oldest scholarship program for senior girls with a platform of Being Your Best Self. Locally, all scholarships are given based on donations.
