Mike was a first-generation farmer with his wife by his side. He continued to farm with his son, Mike, until he retired in 2022. Mike sold crop insurance through Wathen Crop Insurance for 25 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 255 and served in the National Guard. Mike was a member of the Russellville Community Church where he served as a deacon and an elder. His love for antique tractors, tractor pulls, and car shows will forever hold a special place in the hearts of anyone who knew him.
