Michael Games, 63, of Bainbridge passed away Friday morning, July 15, 2022, at Countryside Meadows, in Avon.
He was born May 3, 1959, to the late Kenneth and Shirley (Rapp) Games. On Jan. 5, 1996, he married Sandra (Droddy) Games. She passed away Nov. 23, 2021.
Michael graduated from North Putnam High School with the Class of 1978. He worked for Crawford Industry, and then AIC Automotive Industry for 25 years. Michael enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, working on anything and being with his family and friends. He served on the Bainbridge Volunteer Fire Department for nearly 30 years where he earned the rank as captain. Mike was one of the hardest working, strongest fighting and caring individual you would meet.
He is survived by his siblings, Terry Games, Mary Games, Bruce Games, Jeff Games, Susan (Barry) Tharp and Kathy (Brian) Curry; step-children, Christopher and Lonnie Jones; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; nieces, Megan Games and Nickie Moore; and nephew Richard Curry
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 20 at Roachdale Christian Church, 1 N. Walnut St. Roachdale, with Pastor Phil Barns officiating. Burial will follow in New Maysville Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 19 at the church. Servies & Morgan Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
