Michelle Elaine Freeman, 67, passed away Sunday afternoon, Dec. 5, 2021, at IU in Lafayette.
She was born April 10, 1954, at Linden, Indiana, to the late Donald and Miriam (Eaton) Wade.
After high school Michelle married Thomas Freeman and together they raised two sons, Christopher and David. Michelle was very artistic and enjoyed woodworking, artwork, painting and writing. She was a beloved wife and mother and will be missed by those she leaves behind.
She is survived by her children, Christopher Freeman, Indianapolis, and David (Trisha) Freeman, Wingate; six grandchildren; brother David Wade; and sisters, Judith Wade and Carol Wade.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Thomas.
Funeral service for Michelle will be at noon Friday, Dec. 10 at Servies & Morgan Funeral Home, 203 N. Washington St., Ladoga. Burial will follow in Indian Creek Hill Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to gather for a time of visitation on Friday from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
