Don Mills, left, Montgomery County Council, was presented with a plaque for recognition of outstanding contributions to the West Central Solid Waste District by Executive Director Jane Collisi and George Nicholas, representing Parke County. Mills served the multi-county district for six years. Putnam County Councilman, Gene Beck (not pictured), was also recognized for his extensive service on the WCSWD’s Board between 1991-2020.
