Charlie L. and Beverly (Shelton) Bruton will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Aug. 30. There were married at Whitesville Christian Church.
They are both retired and enjoying family. They are the parents of Vicky Fruits (Mike Harwood) and Rick (Peggy) Bruton. They are the grandparents of Crystal Reid, Tiffany (Adam) Wilson, Jeremiah (Amy) Fruits, Rick Bruton, Sammy Jo Fruits (Tyler Richeson) and the late Melissa Sue Fruits. They are the great-grandparents of Landon, Lydia Evans, Hudson Bruton, Harper Wilson, Jojo Martin, Josiah Fruits, Stella, Forest Bruton. A celebration with family is planned.
