Celia Christine Kauth and Geoffrey Behzad Sadjadi, both of Indianapolis, exchanged wedding vows Oct. 8 at Laurel Hall, Indianapolis. Father Henry Doyle, an Episcopalian priest, officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Lore Apple, Crawfordsville, and Christopher Kauth, Fishers. She is the granddaughter of the late Karon Apple, Crawfordsville. She graduated from North Montgomery High School in 2011, from DePauw University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree, from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2017 with a master’s degree and earned a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Certification in 2021 from Butler University. She is employed as a writer for a London-based publishing company, a counselor and registered yoga teacher.

The bridegroom is the son of Ali Akhbar Sadjadi, Mankato, Minnesota, and Carol Dean, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. He graduated in 2014 from The State University of New York College at Cortland with a bachelor’s degree and from Syracuse University in 2021 with an MBA. He works in marketing at 3M.

The wedding party included Bridget (McCann) Cervantes and Ilya Kravtchouk.

A reception followed at Laurel Hall.

The couple resides in Indianapolis.
