Posted

Ron Bauer was recognized for 20 years at Pace Dairy in September.

Bauer held nearly every position required in the process department including lidder, loaf relief, cooker, grinder and Natec operator. In the natural department he has held the positions of slice line operator, cuter and Bosar operator.

Bauer loves to drive around and listen to music.

He shares his special memories of Pace as, “Just all the friends and experiences over the years. It was a sad day when the Natecs ran for the last time. Even though that line could be a pain, it was still enjoyable to work on it.”

His family includes daughter Alicia Bauer, who will soon be married to Kevin Stanton; and son Nathan Bauer. He also has a granddaughter, Lily Faye Stanton.

“I love them all very much,” he said. “I love being a father and Papaw.”

Originally a member of the process department, Goss worked as a palletizer, cutter and IWS cook. She is currently a member of the Line 12/13 Team on first shift.
