Patrick Lee Spears, 54, of Crawfordsville, passed away Saturday, May 29, 2021, at home, while surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born Jan. 14, 1967, at Lafayette, to the late Alfred and Shirley (Dieryck) Spears-Taylor.
Patrick graduated from North Montgomery High School in 1985. He worked as a tree trimmer for Asplundh Tree Service. He loved fishing, motorcycles, anything outdoors, and he liked his social cocktails and gambling. He definitely had a personality, was one of a kind, and was always right.
He will be missed by son Jacob (Cassi Cogdill) Spears; daughter Ashley (Dan Ackerman) Clark; his companion, Marcia West; brother John Spears; two sisters, Vickie Clawson and Rebecca (Rick) Penter; four grandchildren, Arianna, McKennah, Raleigh and Maverick; grand dog Shade; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Mike Spears.
Visitation will be at Sanders Priebe Funeral Care, 315 S. Washington St., Crawfordsville, on Thursday, June 3 from 5 p.m. until the time of the service at 7 p.m. Cremation will follow the service.
