Patsy L. Gentry of Crawfordsville passed away Wednesday morning, Oct. 6, 2021, at the Ben Hur Home. She was 85.
Patsy loved to sing. She was always singing. She was formerly a member of the Fleming Garden Christian Church and more recently at Woodland Heights Christian Church. She worked as an accountant for the Christian Pension Fund.
Born Dec. 1, 1935, at Frankfort, she was the daughter of Earle A. Taylor and Margaret “Dolly” Sharp Taylor. She graduated from Ben Davis High School
Surviving family includes: two daughters, Belinda Magill of Crawfordsville and Juli Barker (Terry) of South Bend; sister Joyce Osborn; grandson Mitch (Brooke) Barker; granddaughter-in-law Tina Gentry; great-grandchildren, Grahm Gentry and Jade Gentry; and close family friend, Jessie Logston.
She was preceded in death by daughter Terry Mitchell and grandson Jeremy Gentry.
There will not be a public visitation or funeral. There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 11 at Green Lawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Arrangements were entrusted to Burkhart Funeral Home.
