Paul LeRoy Turner Jr., 75, of New Ross passed away at 3:10 p.m. Sunday, July 3, 2022, at Franciscan Health Lafayette.
He was a resident of New Ross since 1973. He served in the Army from 1969 to 1972. He worked at Wavtech and Rainbow Kits until he went into business on his own in 2016. He was a member of Grace Church in Lebanon.
Paul LeRoy Turner Jr. was born May 30, 1947, at Frankfort, to Betty (Gorham) and Paul LeRoy Turner Sr. He married Deborah Spangle on Feb. 28, 1987, and together they raised three children.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Turner; daughters, Bobby Jo Price (Stephen Price, Austin Smiley 22, Lydia Price 18 and Summer Smiley 15) and Julie Maldonado (Eddie); son Paul L Turner III (Erin, Allison 11, and Gabriel 7); and brother David Turner (Melinda) and Matt Mount (Laurel).
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister; and a daughter.
Friends and family will gather for a celebration of life open house 4-6 p.m. Friday July 8 at the New Ross Christian Church, 212 N. Main St., New Ross.
