North teams pick up wins over FC
North Montgomery’s boys’ and girls’ swim and dive teams picked up wins over Fountain Central on Tuesday. The girls won 141-35 and the boys won 109-61.
In the girls meet, North won every event except for diving.
Charger Dusty Robinson won the 200 Medley (2:01.19), 100 Free (1:00.59) and was a member of the winning 400 Free Relay (4:12.30) and 200 Medley Relay (1:56.93) teams.
Ava Kilgour won the 200 Free (2:14.46) and was a member of the 400 free relay.
Charger Brooklyn Kerns was victorious in the 100 Breast (1:21.91) and 100 Fly Relay (1:07.38).
North’s Katelyn Woolwine was a member of the 400 Free Relay and 100 Back (1:07.38).
Kylie Sankey was a member of the 400 Free Relay team and won the 50 Free (26:83) and 500 Free (5:54.89).
Mustang diver Peyton Hocking won with a score of 194.35.
In the boys meet, the Chargers won all but two events.
Fountain Central’s William Armstrong won diving (268.3) and Gage Harrison won the 100 Breast (1:17.91).
For the Chargers, Jack Rogers won the 50 Free (26.60) and was a member of the winning 200 Medley Relay (1:56.93) and 400 Free Relay (4:02.10) teams.
Josh Hunsberger won the 200 Free (2:19.4), 100 Free (1:00.15) and was a member of the 200 Free Relay (1:53.17).
Marshall Templeman won the 200 IM (2:18.44), 500 Free (5:23.48) and was a part of the winning 400 Free Relay.
Avery Vaught won the 100 Fly (1:00.9) and 200 Free Relay.
Sam Rogers won with the 200 Free Relay and 400 Free Relay teams as was Brody Gunderman.
The Charger girls are now 3-0 and the boys are 1-0.
Athenians drop meets to Harrison
Crawfordsville boys’ and girls’ swim and dive teams were each defeated by Lafayette Harrison on Tuesday. The girls lost 107-76 and the boys lost 131-54.
In the girls meet, the Athenians had victories from Katherine Novak in the 200 Free (2:06.67) and 500 Free (6:01.25).
Maesa Horton won the 50 Free (26:70) and was a member of the winning 200 Free Relay (1:46.85). Other team members were Guinevere Schmitzer-Torbert, Sophia Melevege and Marie Hesler.
Hesler won the 100 Fly (1:05.14).
In the boys meet, the Athenians had wins from Adrian Medina in the 100 Free (52.93) and Shawn Ewoldt in the 100 Breast (1:05.59).

Mustangs pin Chargers
Fountain Central defeated North Montgomery 42-34 on Tuesday.
Fountain Central earned pins by Logan Newlin (106), Ayden Donaldson (138), Dakota Willoughby (144), Brandon Pigg (155), Bryson Davis (157), Manny Rodgers (165), Caylum Willis (175) and Matthew Hickman (190). Korbin Jones recorded a major decision (126).
No North Montgomery individual results were made available.

Chargers defeat Mustangs
North Montgomery defeated Fountain Central 20-18 on Tuesday.
Fountain Central picked up pins from Lydia Perkins (110) and Ruby Deel (140).
