Rickey Gene Thomas, 69, of Crawfordsville passed away Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020, at his home.
He was born May 1, 1951, at Danville, Illinois, to the late B. Anderson and Audrey (Pollitt) Thomas.
Rickey was a 1969 graduate of Waveland High School. He worked for and retired from RR Donnelley & Sons in Crawfordsville. He enjoyed sports, watching college basketball, especially Purdue, and playing golf.
He is survived by his daughters, Rhiannon (Jeff) Barney and Nicolette (Nicholas) Tomasic; four grandchildren; siblings, Mark Thomas and Kathy (Brad) Parrish; niece Kayla Jumps; nephew Jonathan Thomas; two great-nephews, Atlas Thomas and Logan McCloud; and dog Boomer.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Loree Butts.
He will be laid to rest at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30 at Indian Creek Hill Cemetery. Servies & Morgan has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
