Robert Allan Keck, 89, of Roachdale passed away Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his family.
Robert was born Nov. 19, 1935, at Roachdale, to the late Charley and Alice (Duncan) Keck.
Bob was a 1955 graduate of Roachdale High School. He went on to work in the tool and die industry for Raybestos for over 40 years.
Bob and Carolyn S. Clark were married in 1955. They had shared 57 years of marriage before she preceded him in death.
Bob was involved in farming his whole life. He was definitely a people person. He had quite the social life according to his family. He knew or talked with anyone he met. He will definitely be missed by all who knew him. He also enjoyed farming, taking care of the cattle and fishing. He also loved to spend time at the cabin along the Wabash River. But most of all Bob enjoyed quality time with his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include: daughter Tonnesa S. Keck; son Steve W. Keck; grandchildren, Kyle A. (Liz) Keck and Kasey B. Keck (Jamie Schoemaker); four great-grandchildren, Ember Keck, Hayden Davis, Landon Davis and Izabella Davis; along with niece Teresa Davis.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Carolyn S. Keck; son Alan E. Keck; brother Kenny Keck; sister Ida Keck; and daughter-in-law Vickie Ross.
