Roger L. Taylor passed away Monday morning, Feb. 15, 2021, due to complications to COVID-19, at Cumberland Pointe Health in West Lafayette.
Roger was a graduate of Medaryville High School and retired from Inland Steel.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia Taylor; children, Pam (Bill) Lewellen, Terri (David) Ault, Roger (Teresa) Taylor Jr., Connie (Tom) Ritter, Bill (Judy) Taylor, LaVern (Rudy) Dunn and Vicki (Buddy) Colvard; step-daughter Theresa Daumer; 21 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers and sisters; daughter Lisa; and ex-wife Claudine.
Cremation has been chosen and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Burkhart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
