Chargers fall to Mavericks on road
North Montgomery traveled to McCutcheon on Tuesday and fell to the Mavericks 72-12.
The Chargers will host the county wrestling meet on Saturday agianst Crawfordsville and Southmont.
Mustangs lose close match to Cougars
Fountain Central traveled to North Putnam for a meet with the Cougars and fell in a close match 48-34.
Ayden Donaldson, Dallas Simmons, Waylon Frazee, Andrew Woodrow, Austin Pickett, and Steven Romero picked up victories for the Mustangs.
Fountain Central returns to the mat Dec. 30 for the Bi-County Super Duals.

Mounties prep for county with sweep of Patriots
In their final tune-up race before the county meet on Saturday, Southmont hosted Seeger and came away with a sweep of the Patriots.
The girls were winners by a score of 106-69 while the boys earned a 99-66 win.
The Mounties won 18 of the 24 events as Marley Jones, Bailey Barker, Trent Jones, Logan Harman, and Hunter Gray all won multiple events.
Emily Smith, Adri Smith, and Faith Allen all won single events for the Mounties on the night.
Southmont will make the short trip to Crawfordsville Saturday morning for the county meet where the girls look to make it three-straight county championships.
