Sennett supports Petrie for judge

Posted

It is my privilege to support Daniel Petrie for Montgomery County Superior Court 2 Judge. Petrie has the necessary experience to serve as a Superior Court Judge. He has broad legal experience including criminal defense, trusts, civil matters and as a contracted public defender. Petrie was a founding member of the Montgomery County Veterans Court, a much-needed program for those who served our country.

Petrie cares about our community, and it shows by his long record of involvement in Montgomery County. He grew up in Crawfordsville, graduating from Crawfordsville High School, attended Wabash College and Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He chose to return to his roots to practice law and along with his wife Emily, raise their two sons. He has volunteered to serve on many community organizations such as Montgomery County Youth Service Bureau, Boys & Girls Club of Montgomery County, Crawfordsville Rotary, Christian Nursing Service, First Christian Church, to name a few. Petrie always emerges as a leader and the organizations he serves are better because of his involvement.

Petrie’s background and experiences would enhance the quality of our court system, and I know he would strive to make the judicial process efficient and fair. As important as Petrie’s courtroom experience and his community involvement are, his character, dedication and work ethic are at the heart of all of his endeavors.

I encourage the voters of Montgomery County to vote for Petrie for Superior Court 2 Judge.
