Sondra Sue (Rennick) Jeffers, 81, of Crawfordsville and formerly of Kingman, passed away Friday, Dec. 4, 2020, at West Park — A Waters Community, Indianapolis.
She was born Dec. 17, 1938, at Cates, to Ralph and Maxine (Dark) Rennick. She attended Cates grade school and graduated from Kingman High School in 1956. She married Robert Allen Jeffers Sr. on March 8, 1957. She was a waitress at the restaurant in Kingman and babysat nearly everyone in Kingman in her home. She worked at RR Donnelly in Crawfordsville from 1989 to 1998. She drove the Sunshine Van in Crawfordsville from 2005 to 2012. She lived in Bloomingdale from 1957 to 1964, then Kingman from 1964 until she moved to Crawfordsville in 1996.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bob on Oct. 27, 2016; brother Ralph Rennick Jr.; twin sister Sandra Lou Rennick; and dear friends Bill and Margaret Fritze and Ted Ramsey.
She is survived by four sons, Robert Allen (Jennifer) Jeffers Jr., Richard (Angie) Jeffers, Randy (Amanda) Jeffers and Rodney Jeffers; grandchildren, Ryan Jeffers, Rachel Jeffers, Zach Jeffers, Randall Jeffers, David Jeffers and Jada Jeffers; five step-grandchildren, Tawny and Tommy Hamm, Dalton and Khloey Surface and Autumn Hayden; great-grandchildren, Zoee, Kane and Xavier Jeffers and Georgia Jeffers; sister-in-law Judi (Dennis) Robinson; and life-long best friend, Barb Ramsey.
Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S. First St., Kingman, on Wednesday, Dec. 9 from 5 p.m. until the time of the service and remembrance of life at 7 p.m., with Pastor Steve Crum officiating. Family welcomed at 4 p.m. The service will be live-streamed and recorded which can be viewed on her obituary page at www.sandersfuneralcare.com. A private family graveside will follow at Oak Hill South Cemetery, Crawfordsville.
