Plans are moving forward for this year’s annual Crawfordsville Strawberry Festival, which will take place June 11-13 on the grounds of Lane Place.
After a one-year absence due to a global pandemic, organizers hope to bring back the fun, food, excitement and entertainment that the Strawberry Festival brings to the area each year. They are working along with the Montgomery County Health Department to make this event as safe as possible.
Entertainment is always an important part of the festival and final plans will be announced shortly for this year’s lineup, along with information on the 5K run, softball tourney, tennis tourney and golf scramble.
The organizers of the art and crafts area are interested in talking with anyone interested in participating this year as they realize that this past year has been very difficult for small vendors.
