The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 72 of Byron Cox Post in Crawfordsville is proud to announce and congratulate the following delegates from our Montgomery County area. These high school juniors have been selected to attend Hoosier Girls State from June 22- 28 at Trine University in Angola.
Students include: Ayden Braun, Lucy Hess, Madisyn Posthauer, Mikayla Schabel, Isla Seward, Cassidy Thomas, Anabelle Verduin, Morgyn Wood and Katelyn Woolwine.
They will join many other young women from Indiana for this fun filled week designed to educate our leaders of tomorrow in the duties, privileges, rights and responsibilities of citizenship.
Their ability to attend has been funded by our legion family and the generous donations from many Montgomery County businesses and organizations.
