The Indiana Thunder 13U team competed in the USSSA AA State Championships and finished as the runner-up team in the state. The Thunder went 5-0 on the weekend outscoring their opponents 51-11. The tournament was cut short due to rain, but the Thunder were awarded second place based on pool play results. The Indiana Thunder 14U team went 4-0 over the weekend defeating Imavex Orange-Morrow 9-2 and Harrison Raiders 6-5 in pool play. On Sunday they defeated Imavex Orange-Johnson 8-3 and Harisson 16-7 in the finals. The 10U North Montgomery Baseball Club went 4-0 and won the championship in the 2019 Artesian Classic in Martinsville this past weekend.

The 12U North Montgomery Baseball Club team went 4-0 and was beating Ben Davis 2-1 in the championship, when the game was called due to inclement weather this past weekend in the Washington Township All Star Tournament in Indianapolis.

Several area youth baseball teams had a lot of success over the weekend in travel ball tournaments including the 13U and 14U Indiana Thunder teams and North Montgomery's 10U and 12U Club teams.
