Milligan’s Flowers & Gifts, 115 E. Main St., had a tall list of orders to fill on Thursday, many including last-minute calls for Valentine’s Day bouquets. Susan Rosen, the owner of the shop, said that the florists would most likely be working until 9 or 10 p.m. to fulfill every order.
