United Way in Montgomery County’s campaign is underway with a goal of $329,500. The funds raised in the campaign are allocated to 15 partner agencies that tirelessly work to help individuals and families with the challenges they face. Making a gift to United Way in Montgomery County is an investment in the community.
“Our agencies do such important work to provide better opportunities to all of our friends and neighbors,” said Gina Haile, area director of United Way in Montgomery County. “After over a year of increased need and limited resources, we knew we had to set a goal that was a big step up from last year.”
Haile added, “We see a path to reach the goal, but it’s going to be vital that we come together as a community — and ensure the survival of our non-profit agencies.”
Each year, hundreds of individuals across the county make gifts to support the life changing work in education, income and health. All gifts, regardless of size, make a difference.
