Wow the weather has been good for a while, then bad, then good. Oh well ,so be it. I had a total of 22 visits to my office with veterans, I received a total of 60 phone calls into my office and we took a total of 18 trips to the veterans clinics and hospital this month. We delivered a total of 33 Christmas bags to our nursing homes and we had seven people who helped. They were Dale Wilson, Bill Durham, John and Sharon Zlotucha and Ron Keedy, who was our photographer, and I need to say I was sorry for leaving too soon for Dave Sanders to join us. We visited Wellbrook, Whitelock Place, Belle (formerly Bickford), Ben Hur, Lane Place and Hickory Creek.

I will be at the American Legion Post 72 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday; then at the VFW Post 1431 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 16; and at the DAV meeting from noon to 2 p.m. Jan. 18 at the Crawfordsville District Public Library.
