Tommy Wainscott, 77, is an army vet that's enjoys the Christmas season. Though he's recently had a broken hip, just finished rehab and is temporily using a walker, he hasn't let that stop him from getting out and setting up festive lights and decorations througout his property on Main Street. While he's done most of it himself, his wife Elaine has been by his side to assist when needed. He says it took him over three weeks to remove the old lights from his deer and trees to add blue lights, this year.
