Warren Kent Boling, 86, of Ladoga passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at home, with family by his side.

He was born March 6, 1935, at Salem, Indiana, to H. Tennis (HT) and Myrtle Boling. He married Delia “Deny” Jewell Emberton Boling on Feb. 1, 1957. She passed Jan. 29, 2019. We are comforted in knowing they are together once again in Heaven.

He was a member of Ladoga Christian Church. He was retired from Allisons (GM).  He then opened Stull’s Machining Center in Ladoga. He served his community for several years as a volunteer fireman, an EMT and a reserve officer of the Sheriff’s Department of Montgomery County. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves. He enjoyed his family, friends, fishing and traveling during his free time.    

He is the Dad to Rita (John) Stull, Ladoga, Rhonda (W. Ray) Raney, Wesley Chapel, North Carolina, Tina Boling (Josh Boaz), Crawfordsville, and Wendi (Scott) Brown, Fort Wayne. He is Grandpa to John Ryan (Johna) Stull, Craig (Trina) Stull, Wendell Ray Raney, Rachel (Charlie) Rideout, Ashton Brown, Allyson (Riley) Heller, Mariah Roe, Collin Roe, Joshua Brown, Aydon Brown and Aaron Brown.

He is Great-Grandpa to Owen, Garrett, Elizabeth, Aniyah, Kendrick, Aliyah, Alivia, Alijah Grace and Lainey. He has two more great-grandchildren due this year.  Surviving siblings and in-laws are Ruth (Rich) Whitesell, Jerry Boling, Jim and Dorinda Emberton, Mildred Brown, Teresa McIntyre and John Emberton

He was preceded in death by his parents, HT and Myrtle Boling; his in-laws, Arvo and Gladys Emberton; his brother, Ron Boling; his sister, Carolyn Bouse; his brothers-in-law, Howard Emberton, Jim Brown and Danny McIntyre; and his grandson, Chandler Roe.

Friends and family may pay their respects from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 15 at Ladoga Christian Church, with funeral services immediately following officiated by Pastor Nick Butcher. He will be buried at Ladoga Cemetery.
