The Crawfordsville boys’ tennis team lost to Central Catholic 4-1 on Wednesday night.
Austin Motz picked up the lone win for the Athenians at No. 1 singles over Dylan Riley 6-2, 6-1.
Thatcher Gambrel fell at No. 2 singles 6-3, 6-1 to Griffen Chyall, while James Murphy lost to Michael Fusiele 6-2, 6-3 at No, 3 singles.
At No. 1 doubles the duo of Zach Fichter and Ziair Morgan lost 6-4, 6-4 to Nolan Pickoill and Sam Siemess, while Simon Galbert and Thomas Bowling fell 6-0, 6-0 to Zach Melville and Josh Seimess at No. 2 doubles.

The Fountain Central boys’ tennis team defeated Benton Central 4-1 on Wednesday night.
Carson Eberly picked up a 6-3, 6-2 win at No. 1 singles over Cael Williams, while Brent Myers beat Adrian Torres 1-6, 6-4, 6-4 at No. 3 singles.
The duo of Jacob Keeling and CJ Yager beat Nick Fry and connor Hall 6-0, 6-3 at No. 1 doubles, while Sawyer Keeling and Brayden Prickett beat Ryan Foster and Baylon Holmes 6-3, 7-5 at No. 2 doubles.
Chargers fall to Tigers
The North Montgomery boys’ tennis team was swept 5-0 by Sagamore Conference foe Lebanon on Wednesday.
Chargers fall at Ulen
The North Montgomery girls’ golf team shot a 206 on Wednesday night at Ulen Country Club in Lebanon, but fell to the Tigers, who fired a 151.
Lauren Gascho was the medalist for Lebanon with a 34.
Grace Littell led the Chargers with a 43, while Grace Shrader shot a 53, Morgan Swick a 54, and Shayna Ratcliff a 56. Maggie Yeager fired a 60, Ella Stultz a 62 and Rylie Koopman a 68.
Chargers down Panthers
The North Montgomery volleyball team defeated Riverton Parke 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-21) on Wednesday night.
Ashlynn Anderson led the Chargers with 11 kills, while Trinity Schroeder added 11, and Madi Welch had 30 assists.
