LEBANON — Effective Monday, COVID/Respiratory Testing (previous main hospital and Anson sites) moves to the Boone County 4-H fairgrounds. A physician order is required to participate in COVID testing, which is limited to the first 100 participants each day.
Hours are 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds – Rabbit and Poultry Barn.
