The city’s yard waste site is closing for the season Dec. 15.
Crews will begin final citywide leaf pickup the following day, the street department reported to the Crawfordsville Board of Public Works and Safety.
In other business, the board:
• Approved renewal of the Brown Township ambulance service contract through 2020.
• Granted a request from resident Amy Spencer to place a dumpster on the street between 601 and 603 S. Green St. Dec. 27-30 for residential cleaning.
• Approved additional expenses of $701.99 for the roof replacement project at 613 Wilson Ave.
•Approved a payment of $1,816.22 to Butler, Fairman and Seufert for July-October engineering services related to a wastewater project.
