The simple act of painting rocks is as old as time. Join Athens Arts to learn the Art of Painting Rocks on May 9.
Learn the basics of getting started, needed supplies,and techniques to paint three designs with acrylic paint. Instructor Cindy Woodall will help participants discover the joy of painting rocks and help each person gain the knowledge and confidence. Woodall will furnish all the supplies to paint the three designs (rocks included).
Choose either an afternoon session (1-3 p.m.) or an evening session (6-8 p.m) on May 9. The class is open to anyone 12 years and older. Cost is $35. Classes meet at Athens Arts, 216 E. Main Street, Crawfordsville.
