Blake Allen Summers, 20, of Waynetown passed away April 4, 2024, at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
He was born March 30, 2004, at Crawfordsville, to Bryan and Julie Summers. He had special needs and was always loved by everyone. He did not attend school due to his health.
He is survived by his parents; brothers, Logan (fiance Mackayla) and Andrew; grandparents, Susan McGuire and Charlene Summers; uncle Jeremiah (fiance Kaytie) McGuire; aunts, Mary McGuire, Lisa McGuire, Kathy Carter and Kim (Ray) Jones; cousins, Abby, Jenna, Desiree, Kaylee, Christina, Penelope, Jacob, Courtney, Cody, Trevor and Hannah; and several great aunts, great uncles and second cousins.
He was preceded in death by great uncle Richard Austin; great-grandparents, James Austin, Gloria Austin, Daniel McGuire, Shirley Summers, Leroy Summers and Dean Smith; and second cousins, Nathan Austin and Thersa Lanie.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 11 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Cremation will follow the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children or the Make A Wish Foundation.
