Final approval for the route is pending with the Indiana Department of Transportation. Bell said if state approval is not given for use of Washington Street, then organizers will use Green Street.
A memorial ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. Nov. 11 at the courthouse. It will include a wreath laying presentation and mayoral proclamation. The parade will commence following the brief ceremony.
