Crawfordsville’s local Indiana Business and Professional Women’s group will have its 25th anniversary fundraiser event 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 2 at the Crawfordsville Armory.
There will be 45 vendors available with a mix of hand-crafted items, direct sales, door prizes, silent auction items as well as a few local non-profit organizations. BPW will have breakfast and lunch available throughout the day as supplies last, as well as a bake sale booth.
This year is the 105th anniversary of Indiana Business and Professional Women’s groups and the Crawfordsville local BPW has been there from the beginning leading the way to provide networking opportunities for women, career positions, advance education and to create new interests for women.
Proceeds from this event help with the annual Reality Store, which includes all of Montgomery County’s eighth graders, a Continuing Education Award that helps a local woman going back to an accredited U.S. post-secondary school, after sitting out to work or raise her family and the INFBPW-Crawfordsville Education Award. The INFBPW Education Award is available to all 2023-24 female high school seniors of the 2024 graduation class.
