Hoosier Heartland State Bank is proud to announce that Jordan Burkett, assistant vice president commercial/ag lending, is celebrating his five-year work anniversary with the company. He joined HHSB in 2017 as a commercial/ag lender. He is a valued member of the team and is known for his community involvement.
Although Burkett was new to banking when he joined HHSB, he has a lifetime of family farming experience along with thyree years in ag retail sales.
“Jordan is an integral part of this team,” said Trent Smaltz, chief lending officer. “His hard work and dedication have helped the team achieve many goals and we look forward to Jordan’s continued success in the years to come.”
Burkett was born and raised in Montgomery County and is a graduate of South Montgomery. Jordan received his bachelor’s degree in agribusiness management from Purdue University in 2014.
Burkett loves spending time with his growing family; fiancée Stephanie and 4-month-old son Baylen. He also enjoys spending time outdoors doing many things like golfing, hiking, working out and socializing at multiple downtown Crawfordsville events. Burkett volunteers his time with Montgomery County 4-H Inc. and the Chamber of Commerce where he serves as treasurer.
