Carnegie to host Robotics Day

Real robots will be in action 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the Carnegie Museum.

Crawfordsville High School and North Montgomery High School and middle school robotics teams will be at the museum to show off their creations as they get ready to start their competition season. Students will be on hand to demonstrate real robots and to explain what being a part of a robotics team is about.

New this year, Wabash College computer science students will demonstrate Sumo Wrestling Robots.

The Carnegie Museum, 222 S. Washington St., has a street level entrance. The museum has an elevator and is wheelchair and stroller accessible. The museum is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and other times by appointment.

Admission to the event is free and all ages are welcome.
