As part of its ongoing commitment to community support, Crawfordsville Electric Light & Power is kicking off its annual “Fill the Bucket” Food Drive. This year’s donations will benefit food pantries throughout Montgomery County.
From Sept. 1 through Oct. 6, CEL&P invites community members to help “Fill the Bucket” by donating non-perishable food items. Donations can be dropped off at:
• CEL&P’s lobby
• CEL&P’s drive-thru
• Directly to CEL&P employees working in the community
To simplify giving, an Amazon Wish List is available at https://celp.com/news/.
Each year, CEL&P selects a different local organization or cause to support through its “Fill the Bucket” campaign, helping the program make a broader impact throughout the community over time.
“Our annual Fill the Bucket Food Drive is a meaningful way for CEL&P to support local food pantries and help ensure our neighbors have access to the resources they need,” said Andrea McArthur of CEL&P. “We are proud to give back to the community we serve and grateful to everyone who helps make this effort possible.”
Serving Crawfordsville since 1890, CEL&P is deeply rooted in the community and continually seeks meaningful ways to serve our customers and neighbors.
