The Crawfordsville/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to celebrate the holiday season at its annual Christmas Auction on Nov. 5 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at IRA Whiskey, 110 Whiskey Row, Crawfordsville.
This year’s event brings a fresh, elegant atmosphere to a beloved Chamber tradition, featuring both silent and live auctions, live music by the Grey Bearded Duo, and hors d’oeuvres catered by The Juniper Spoon. Guests can enjoy an evening of holiday festivities, entertainment, and opportunities to bid on a variety of auction items while supporting the Chamber.
The Chamber is also seeking donations of items, gift baskets, experiences, and gift certificates for the silent and live auctions. Businesses and individuals interested in contributing are encouraged to deliver their donations by October 16 to the Chamber office, located on the fourth floor of Fusion 54 in downtown Crawfordsville. Donations help make the event a success while providing an opportunity to showcase local businesses and their products and services.
“Our Christmas Auction is a wonderful opportunity to bring our community together for a festive evening while supporting the programs and services the Chamber provides throughout the year,” said Stacy Sommer, Executive Director of the Crawfordsvill/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. “We’re excited to introduce a new venue and some special touches that will make this year’s event even more memorable.”
The Chamber extends its appreciation to the businesses helping make this event possible, including Merry & Bright Event Sponsor Campbell Ag Service; Holiday Magic Sponsors Nucor Steel and Surb’s Tire; and Season of Giving Sponsors Acuity Brands and Tom’s Marine and Holiday Cheer Sponsors Allen Monument Company, Leslie Pyle with Morrison Realty/ Keller Williams, Ellie K Esthetics, and The Lane House.
The event is open to the public. Tickets are $25 per individual or $45 per couple. Advance registration is strongly encouraged.
