There’s no reason to fix what isn’t broken, so the Crawfordsville School Board is standing pat.
Board president Dale Petrie, vice president G. Alan Plunkett, and secretary Ellen Ball retained their positions at Thursday’s school board meeting, with the board citing a successful 2008-09 as reason for the lack of turnover.
“Because of effective leadership, I see no reason to change,” said board trustee Steven McLaughlin.
J. Scott Bowling was elected to the board’s vacant treasurer post.
