I would like to thank all of my family and friends for their support during the difficult time of Ron’s passing.
Thank you for the prayers, phone calls, cards, food, gifts I have received, and celebration of life visitors. Thank you to the staff who took such good care of Ron from Franciscan Health Lafayette East, his doctors, nurses, hospice staff and Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Also, to my daughter Linda and daughter-in-law Kendy for helping me every day, as well as the support from my son Todd and grandchildren, my sisters, and Helen and Irv.
Thank you to the American Legion Post# 72, Sons of the American Legion and its auxiliary for hosting Ron’s celebration of life and the delicious food prepared. Thank you to the Rev. Mike Whitacre for the beautiful words spoken. Every act of kindness has meant so much. While his absence hasn’t been easy, we are at peace knowing that he is no longer in pain. He will be always on our mind and forever in our hearts.
