Delia Virginia Davis, 83, passed away peacefully Monday, Feb. 26, 2024, after a short battle with cancer. Her daughter Elizabeth and son-in-law Gregory Storm were by her side.

She was preceded in death by parents Herschel and Wilma Copper; first husband William Lee Rodenbeck; second husband Larry J. Davis; brother Paul Copper; nephews, David Wayne Copper and Doug Wilson; and grandson Collin Sands.

She was a dedicated registered nurse who worked at RR Donnelley, Crawfordsville; Department of Health, Attica; Danville VA Medical Center, Danville, Illinois; and St. Vincents Hospital Williamsport.

She is survived by siblings, Rosemary Miller, Sullivan, Jessee Copper, Three Rivers, Texas, Wilma (Mel) Mundy, Jasper, Gertie (Don) Smith, Linden, and Brenda (Mike) McInnis, Manchester, Tennessee; children, Thomas (Barb) Rodenbeck, Seymour, Elizabeth (Gregory) Storm, Mesa, Arizona, Regina (Eric) Cales, Covington, and Renee Davis, Westville, Illinois; grandchildren, Amanda Storm, Hoopeston, Illinois, Gregory (Shawna-Harvey) Storm, Tuscola, Illinois, Andrea Brooks (Christopher Huddleston), Westville, Matthew Storm, Hoopeston, Dirk (Daylinn) Suits, Mt. Vernon, Aaron Cales, Covington, Megan Sands, Danville, Illinois, Keiff Sands, Tacoma, Washington, and Jessica (Joshua) Sandefur and William Rodenbeck, both of Seymour; great-grandchildren, Hailey Brooks and Ruu Brooks, both of Westville, Michael Sandefur, Seymour, Gavin Storm, Tuscola, Madilyn Storm, Hoopeston, Aiden Huddleston and Rowan Huddleston, both of Westville, Lincoln Storm, Tuscola, Bella Sandefur, Seymour, and Jace Suits, Mt. Vernon; and many wonderful nieces and nephews.

Celebration of life will be held 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16 at Fountain East Mobile Home Park Community Center, 303 S. Recker Road, Mesa, AZ 85206.
