Karyn Douglas, who is in her second term as Montgomery County Clerk, spoke to the Crawfordsville Rotary Club at their noon luncheon. Douglas has supervised 23 elections and will continue to do that for the Crawfordsville City Election on Nov. 7. She helps people with voting no matter their political affiliation. There are several opportunities to vote which include early voting opportunities, in-person voting and mail-in ballots. Special arrangements are made for military men and women and nursing home patients. If a person is unable to get to a voting place, someone will take a ballot to them. All votes are counted on Election Day. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Each person must have identification. For more information,.visit www.indianavoters.com.
