The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a flagging operation on U.S. 136 over Sugar Creek.
Beginning on or after Oct. 1, INDOT contractors will begin flagging operations in this location during the daytime hours. The purpose of construction is to waterproof the Sugar Creek bridge. Work is anticipated to last until April of 2027 but is weather-dependent and subject to change.
INDOT encourages drivers to use extra caution while traveling in and around work zones.
