Franciscan ExpressCare and WorkingWell have moved to a new location at 308 W. Market St., Crawfordsville.

The facility is now open and seeing patients from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Virtual visits are available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Patients can go to

www.FranciscanExpressCare.org to launch a virtual visit.

“This new standalone location will afford us a larger space and make it more accessible to the patients we serve,” said Britney Zimmer, operations director, Franciscan Health ExpressCare. “It was previously Franciscan Physician Network Primary Care offices that we have now converted to meet the expansion of our services.”

The new location allows both ExpressCare and WorkingWell to see more patients and to bring a new service to the area – Franciscan HEALTHeACCESS.

“One of our vital ExpressCare functions is to fill in the gap between primary care offices and the emergency department when they cannot see same day patients or when patients do not have a primary care provider,” Zimmer said. “Patients can come in for a same day appointment. Another of our service lines that is important to the community is our WorkingWell. Employers can get their employees the appropriate care without delay.”

HEALTHeACCESS is a network of conveniently located clinic locations that offer expanded primary/urgent care access for a company’s employees, as well as enhanced wellness and disease management programs and affordable, customizable program options for employers and their employees.

“Our latest addition to our service lines is HEALTHeACCESS,” Zimmer said. “This program helps with the challenges employers face trying to provide affordable health care for their employees. It will offer much of the essential health care of workers of the Crawfordsville area.”
