Jared Grable, Global Construction Management, spoke to the Crawfordsville Rotary Club at their weekly noon meeting. The company is located in Greencastle and is designing an area along Purple Heart Parkway. Upon completion the area will contain 440 two- and three-story apartment buildings containing one-, two- or three-bedroom units. It is designed to be a multi-family community. These will be market rate apartments and will include a club house, pool, dog park and other areas for families to use. There will be on-site management and maintenance. GMC hopes to have some units ready to rent in late 2024.
