Two speakers from Wabash College, Athletic Director Matt Tanney, right, and Assistant Equipment Manager, Game Operation and Facilities Manager Clark Tinden, center, spoke to the Rotary Club at their noon meeting. The men are pictured with Rotarian Tom Klein. Tanney has been AD for six years and Tinden will have been at his position for a year in October. Both men are Wabash College graduates. In the fall, soccer, cross-country and football are the sports requiring the ADs attention. The football roster shows 125 young men competing for positions on the team. The first home game is Sept. 23 and is Homecoming. For some Wabash men the "Monon Bell Game" on Nov. 11 is the most important game of the year. Clark employs around 40-50 students a year to help keep the Allen Center and other facilities open for practice and events.
