Hoosier Heartland State Bank recognized four customer service representatives who were recently promoted to account specialists. Kathy Addler, Blake Jasheway, Kader Lillard and Brittany Newton completed their consumer lending training in October to become the newest universal bankers at HHSB.
“The account specialist role is just one way HHSB is adapting to better meet our customers’ needs,” said Cody Hargis, assistant vice president of retail services. “Customers visit a branch when they need to open an account, cash a check, apply for a loan or get help resolving a problem. Our universal bankers will be able to help in all of these areas and more.”
Addler is an account specialist at the Crawfordsville East branch and has worked for HHSB for three years as a CSR. She resides in Crawfordsville with her husband and has three children and two grandchildren. In her spare time, she loves to crochet, sing, be involved in her church and travel.
Jasheway is an account specialist at the Crawfordsville East branch. She joined the HHSB team as a CSR in June 2019. She is a lifelong Montgomery County resident and graduate of North Montgomery High School. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and finding new ways to relax.
Lillard is an account specialist at the Crawfordsville East branch. She joined the HHSB team as a CSR in 2019. She is a Southmont High School graduate and resides in Crawfordsville with her husband, two cats and two dogs. In her spare time, she likes to read, garden and spend time with family.
Newton is an account specialist at the Crawfordsville South branch. She began her career with HHSB as a CSR in June 2019. She is a Southmont High School graduate and resides in Lake Holiday with her husband and son. She is expecting their second child, a daughter, this month. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and spending time with family.
