HHSB promotes two more universal bankers

Posted

Hoosier Heartland State Bank is proud to recognize two more employees who have advanced to the account specialist role. Sierra Coffing and Ashley Halstead completed their consumer lending training in September, making them the third group of universal bankers at HHSB.

“The account specialist role is just one way HHSB is adapting to better meet our customers’ needs,” said Cody Hargis, manager of retail aales. “Customers visit a branch when they need to open an account, cash a check, apply for a loan or get help resolving a problem. Our Account Specialists will be able to help in all of these areas and more.”

Sierra Coffing is an account specialist at the Crawfordsville South branch. She worked as a CSR for a year before advancing to account specialist. Coffing graduated from Ivy Tech with an associate degree in human services. She has lived in Montgomery County for 25 years, currently residing in New Market with her husband Caleb and their daughter Delaney. In her spare time, Coffing likes to spend time at home with her family.

Ashley Halstead is an account specialist at the Ladoga branch and recently celebrated two years with the bank as a CSR. She is a graduate of Fountain Central High School and lives in Ladoga with her husband and their two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors and, when she can, going to concerts.
