Hoosier Heartland State Bank is excited to welcome four new team members — Morgan Meadows, Seraiah Maish, Megan Welshimer and Kathleen Dugard.

“I am so excited that Morgan has chosen to work at our Linden branch,” said Janet Evans, assistant branch manager at the Crawfordsville East and Linden locations. “Morgan brings banking knowledge with her to HHSB. She has been such an active participant in 4H and Strawberry Festival. I can’t wait to see how far Morgan goes here at HHSB.”

Meadows is an account specialist and will be responsible for handling customer needs from sales to service, including teller transactions, opening new accounts, handling consumer loan requests and performing service and maintenance on accounts. She graduated from North Montgomery High School in 2021. She is engaged to her fiancé, Wyatt Bible, and was born and raised in New Richmond.

Meadows loves to sew and volunteer her free time at community events such as the Strawberry Festival and Montgomery County 4-H fair.

“We are so excited to have Seraiah here at the HHSB East branch with us,” Evans said. “Seraiah is a breath of fresh air. She came in looking for a part time job and we were able to talk her into full time. She is truly wonderful with our customers.” Maish is an account specialist and will be responsible for providing an exceptional in-branch customer experience by handling customer needs from sales to service, including teller transactions, opening new accounts, handling consumer loan requests and performing service and maintenance on accounts.

“Megan has been a great addition to our HHSB family,” said Hannah Olin, branch manager at the Crawfordsville South location. “She has worked exceptionally hard to secure her full-time position here at HHSB. Megan brings positivity no matter which branch she is at, and she is the smiling CSR you will see at many branches. I am so eager to continue to watch Megan grow in her role here at HHSB.”

Welshimer is a full-time customer service representative float for the Crawfordsville South Branch and will be responsible for processing transactions, opening new accounts and assisting customers with their banking needs and questions.

She is a Southmont High School graduate and resides in Crawfordsville. She is the head gymnastics coach at North Montgomery High School and has taught gymnastics at Leisa’s Gym in New Market for the last 12 years. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, reading books, spending time outside and going to the gym.

We are very excited for Kathleen to begin her journey in banking with HHSB.”
