Hoosier Heartland State Bank is proud to recognize Heather Hites, branch manager of the virtual branch, for 10 years of service.

Hites joined the HHSB team in 2016 and has over 25 years of customer service experience. Throughout her career at the bank, she has served customers in a variety of roles, beginning as a customer service representative before advancing to account specialist at the Crawfordsville South branch. Today, as the virtual branch manager, she helps customers meet their banking needs through digital and remote channels while supporting team members and building strong, lasting customer relationships.

“We are very happy to celebrate Heather’s 10 years as a part of HHSB,” said Cody Hargis, assistant vice president of retail. “Her joyful attitude and willingness to help has made her an invaluable part of our team.”

Hites is a Montgomery County native and a graduate of Crawfordsville High School. She and her husband, Mike, have been married for 24 years and together they have three children and one granddaughter. She serves as a deaconess at Christ 180 Church and is a leader of G1 Local Outreach, a ministry of her church. In her spare time, she enjoys building relationships within her community, spending time with her family, reading, and being outdoors.
